Pace providing hardware and software solutions for 20 years. Mr. Naishadh R. Diwanji founded PACE Computer Consultants in August 1984. Shortly thereafter he was joined by Mr. R. M. Ranade, and Mr. H. G. Sheth. By the late eighties, Pace expanded their services to include the sales of new PC compatible computers, peripherals and IT services. By 2001, and in response to the high demand for back office operation outsourcing, Pace started a new division, PaceOutsourcing. An IBM legacy culture that focuses on customer first, Pace has built a reputation for excellence and seen tremendous revenue growth over the last decade. Meet our management team Naishadh R. Diwanji, Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Diwanji graduated from VJTI, Bombay in 1963 with a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked for IBM for 12 years in management where he was responsible for Gujarat (Western India) before IBM closed its India operations. Later he joined Calico Mills, a leading textile firm, and was responsible for leading their IT group. He left Calico Mills in 1984 to form Pace Computer Consultants. Under his leadership, Pace grew significantly to over 70 people and 3 offices in Western India. Pace has developed a reputation for delivering high quality products and services on schedule. Mr. Diwanji has held executive leadership positions in several reputable organizations including Computer Society of India, Ahmedabad Management Association, Ahmedabad Computer Merchant's Association (ACMA), National Association of Channels in IT (NACIT). He has been a regular contributor and speaker in several industry magazines and forums. Pace is well respected in India and worldwide because of Mr. Diwanji's vision and customer-centric drive. R. M. Ranade, Director, R&D Mr. Ranade is a Graduate Engineer from IIT, Bombay and has 30 years of wide ranging experience acquired at IBM, Calico Mills, and Pace. Mr. Ranade was the most acclaimed architect at IBM, India. Mr. Ranade is well known for his sharp intellect and innovative abilities. He is interested in creative ways to optimize performance of software products and processes. Under his guidance, Pace has invented numerous hardware and software products and will continue to grow in new arenas. H. G. Sheth, Director, Sales Mr. Sheth graduated from M. S. University, Baroda with a degree in Electrical Engineering, and has 15 years experience in the computer field. At Pace, he managed all sales activities of the company. He then moved to marketing after a brief stint in the USA. He was promoted to the position of Director of Sales and Pace has grown in sales to over 80 million in revenue in 2002-2003. Mr Sheth brings operational tenacity to everything he undertakes. Milind Diwanji, Director, Distribution Milind joined Pace after graduating from Gujarat University in 1993 with a B.E.. He is young, energetic, and is interested in increasing sales and distribution efficiency for hardware and software products and also in proper management of finance. Pace has won numerous awards for being the top sales distributor in western India for products and services, owing the zeal and efforts of Milind. Yaumin Thakore, Director, Software Mr Thakore is a graduate engineer from Bombay University heads the Software and Services department. The company achieved significant firsts in servicing because of his leadership. With a focus on excellence and attention to process and detail, Mr Thakore manages our BPO team. Mr Thakore is responsible for executing on Mr Diwanji’s and Pace’s BPO vision and growth.
